Rotana, today announced at the Arabian & African Hospitality Investment Conference (AHIC) the signing of a new project with Bin Al Sheikh Holding Group, a well-diversified Qatari business conglomerate. The project includes the management of an Arjaan Hotel Apartments by Rotana with 400 keys and 103 keys under the brand The Residences by Rotana.

Rotana announced at the Arabian & African Hospitality Investment Conference (AHIC) the signing of a new project with Bin Al Sheikh Holding Group, a well-diversified Qatari business conglomerate. The project includes the management of an Arjaan Hotel Apartments by Rotana with 400 keys and 103 keys under the brand The Residences by Rotana.
The new project will add 503 rooms to Rotana’s existing 1,110 rooms in Qatar, just in time for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The hotel and residences, which are expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022, will include an open restaurant and café. all day, two large meeting rooms, a fully equipped gymnasium and a swimming pool.

The new project comes on top of the recent announcement that Rotana has taken over management of the 250-key Sedra Arjaan by Rotana, located in the heart of Doha, The Pearl Island, and has signed a hotel management agreement under the Centro Hotels brand. , with an elegant 350-key property expected to add a new dimension to Doha’s vibrant hotel scene by 2023.
Rotana unveiled the news while sharing information on its plans and strategies as the hospitality industry navigates the future of travel and tourism at the Arabian & African Hospitality Investment Conference (AHIC), the premier conference of hotel investment in the region.
