The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce and the Hamilton Princess will be hosting a summer wine tasting at the hotel’s Regency Terrace next week.

Six of Bermuda’s leading wine distributors will participate in the two-hour evening, called Wine Fest, on July 15.

Distributors include Bermuda Import Export Company, BGA / Pitt & Company, Burrows Lightbourn, Discovery Wines, Gosling’s, and Marks & Spencer. Each company carefully selected three wines for tasting.

It will be possible to taste 18 different wines and win fantastic prizes.

Participants can mix, mingle, and sip wine al fresco while enjoying the harbor views and sultry summer tunes played by DJ Twinstarr.

Chamber CEO Kendaree Burgess said: “We are delighted to be able to host Wine Fest with the Hamilton Princess. As the Chamber’s first in-person event in almost a year, we are happy to report that we are bringing it to you in the safest way possible. Customers will be treated to a fun wine tasting.

“The Wine Fest is a summer fundraiser for the Chamber and we welcome all wine lovers. We believe that Wine Fest has the potential to become an annual event that will appeal to both local and international audiences. Our goal is that, in the years to come, Wine Fest becomes a staple of the island’s social calendar.

“Numbers are limited due to Covid-19 and we encourage you to book your tickets early to avoid disappointment. “

Wine Fest 2021, a Safekey event, will start at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available on the Chamber’s website for $ 100.
